Es fácil de entender para los que dominamos un poco de inglés

10. "See Emily Play"
It's always good to start at the beginning, and this is classic early Rick Wright, especially the Farfisa organ sound that was so dominant in the early Pink Floyd sound. There are lots of early songs to choose from, some where Rick even sang the lead vocal. But I feel that in "See Emily Play" you really get that classic sound from Rick at his best.

9. "Mudmen" from Obscured by Clouds
I consider Obscured by Clouds to be Pink Floyd's most underrated album, and what helps make the album sound so good can mostly be attributed to Rick's piano playing throughout. But the Hammond organ here is a perfect touch to the song's melody. The keyboards keep the song together underneath Gilmour's extraordinary guitar work, and the song itself is one of Richard Wright' finest moments.

8 "Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 1- 5)" from Wish You Were Here
The beginning synthesizers and Hammond organ part seem so simple, yet it grips the listener right away. Who doesn't get a tingle up the spine upon hearing the first strains of Rick's keyboards opening the song? This is a great moment for Rick when played live, as he has the spotlight all to himself.

7 "One of These Days" from Meddle
Both the piano and the splashy Hammond organ make this one of Rick's best contributions to the band. The song, with it's driving beat and prominent keyboards, has always been a band favorite. This is evident as they still played the song live some 30-plus years later.

6 "Wish You Were Here" from Wish You Were Here
Just some absolutely great piano playing by Rick here. It's a great song, and seems to be all Gilmour, but the piano adds that special touch in just the right moments.

5. "Wearing the Inside Out" from The Division Bell)
It was great to hear that voice once again in 1994 after such a long absence. That voice was such a big part of the early Pink Floyd sound up to and including Dark Side. When we hear it on The Division Bell we are reminded of the simple fact that it had been missed for all those years since.

4. "Pan Am Shuffle" from the La Carerra Pan America soundtrack
This is one of my all-time favorite Richard Wright songs. The organ work is just amazing. Though this came after A Momentary Lapse of Reason, I always thought that this really marked the Return of Richard Wright. How great was it to hear Rick's keyboards so prominent in a song once again? Very reminiscent of "One of These Days". Writing this now I just had to put it on and give it a listen. Stunning. In all honesty, it just can't get any better than this for Rick. Of course it doesn't hurt having that awesome guitar to jam to. If you haven't heard this one in a while, put it on, you'll remember how great it is.

3. "Echoes" from Meddle
The backing harmony vocals, piano, and Hammond organ all come together for Rick on this epic track. The famous "ping" by itself is enough to put this song here on this list. But then we also have some great piano and stunning Hammond throughout. This is true even today, as Rick plays the song to perfection on David Gilmour's current On An Island tour. And the vocals never sounded better.

2. "Us and Them" from The Dark Side of the Moon
Probably Rick's greatest contribution to the Floyd canon and his most famous moment on the most famous album ever produced. Even Roger Waters has gone on record as saying Rick's piano here was one of the most beautiful pieces of music he had ever heard. Combined with Waters' lyrics and Gilmour's vocals, it truly is one of Rick's greatest accomplishments.

1. "Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 6 - 9)" from Wish You Were Here
Coming on the heels of his impressive work on Dark Side of the Moon, Rick gave it his all on Wish You Were Here, culminating with his stunning keyboard work on the second half of "Shine On". The entire song ranks as Rick's finest moment in my book, particularly the piano ending (Part 9), especially as performed live. Does it get any better when Rick's piano kicks in to begin the coda? The tribute to Syd at the very end is as poignant and memorable a Rick moment as there could possibly be. It is indeed the number one Richard Wright moment
